My concern about rPAP is the presence of a fresh gas tube and a pressure line, making it more fiddly to use in emergency. Neopuff, with all its limitations seems much more compact to me proximally to the patient, even if the generating device is bigger.

Excellent video. We use this mode for strengthening our patients. Sort of like safe CPAP/sprint trials. We’ll look at pt Ve trends and set it at 70-80% of that so as to achieve some work. It’s voodoo but safe voodoo.
